I am not sure about shampoo – and all that – but take some vitamins like e and a and c – that helps your skin, hair and nails – I like Kuene products at a salon -
Make up – I am totally in to putting a product on my skin that does a job and also is good for you – that ties in to my skin care regime which is Arbonne – my re9 anti aging line that I use has transformed my skin – (glowing)

i heard ancefree works but kinda expensive
